Annual equivalent $360. Everything in Tier 2, plus 10% off repairs across all trades, a free service call with repair (otherwise 50% off), an annual whole-home electrical safety inspection with main panel thermal check, surge test, and GFCI test, and VIP priority dispatch across all trades. Extra HVAC units are $10 per month each on any tier; extra water heaters are $10 per month each on Tiers 2 and 3.
